ALLO SOLAR

J ai acheter un grand kit plus que 5 kW. Autonomie complet. Apres 2 Moi ca ne marche plus. Le servce technique ne repond pas le Telephone. update. After we tried to call the service for 2 weeks. I went to Portiragnes. A very gentle employee there said he was willing to help us. He took his time and explained to the two electricians what to do over the phone. After we determined that it must be the Inverter, we removed it and drove it to Portiragnes. For some reason a part burned out. The repair was done within 2 days. My electricians felt the inverter was underpowered for the 16 panels in the kit. Allo's technician says it would be sufficient. He should know what he's doing, so we put everything back in. When reinstalling, we checked everything. The system was installed exactly as instructed before. At the moment the inverter works, but makes a lot of noise. The fan runs day and night. Unfortunately, the inverter was not exchanged for the one I ordered and paid for. My electricians chose the kit and also the inverter from Growatt. The set then included the inverter from Epever. Allo Solar said the 2 Inverters are the same and they no longer have the other. My electricians don't think they're the same. It remains to be seen if everything continues to work now. I change my opinion from 1 to 3 stars because the technician acted very friendly, quickly and courteously. I can't give more stars. I think Allo should provide more technicians for the telephone service. I had the feeling that they couldn't keep up with all the work. In addition, the Inverters that you have ordered and paid for should also be given.

A prévoir.
