DAB SOCIETE GENERALE GARE SNCF VICHY

For no French speaking people DAB means distributeur automatique de billets or what you might call in English an ATM (automated-teller machine). At first glance there’s not a ton that can be said about an atm, if you have seen one you basically have seen them all. But in this case there’s some points to be made about this one. Unlike many independent ATM machines that you might found that are “generic”, this teller is managed by the Société General which is a very respected French bank. This might give some people like me, some peace of mind when retrieving money or for people who need a teller for foreign cards. As far as it location is ideal since 1. most of the banks an tellers are concentrated in the city center and 2. It’s located right next to Vichy’s train station. If you are just arriving to Vichy or moments away from departure and need some cash this teller can save your life (or at least some headaches)
